I then went in person and was greeted by Roman, my salesman who personally walked me through everything I needed to know. I was able to view the car I was interested in, see other cars at the dealership and even got to test drive the vehicle on my own to get a sense of the car on the same day I went. I was very pleased with the car and decided to purchase and the process was really easy. The dealership provides lots of options to pay, they license and do safety checks and provide certificates and great documentation of this and communication is great. Furthermore, after I made my purchase I noticed a slight issue with my windshield wiper fluid and was able to contact the dealership to connect with their partnered mechanic and resolved the issue the same day free of charge. This type of customer experience is one of a kind and I highly recommend.
